Amy fell in love with Colorado at the age of 10 when her family ventured to Aspen from Kansas for a ski vacation. Even though she broke her leg on that trip, she was hooked on skiing..and Colorado!
After years of vacationing here and living in Aspen during middle school, Amy’s life journey brought her back to Denver after living in California for 8 years. She always had an interest in the world of real estate, but finally decided to change careers and pursue it full time.
Amy comes to Real Estate with over 20 years of high end retail sales & management experience, and prides herself on offering a high level of service and integrity to her clients.
After raising her daughter in Highlands Ranch, Amy now lives in the DU/Observatory Park area, which she loves because of its central location and the energy of being near a university. One of her favorite things about Denver is our amazing weather! Amy loves riding her bike to Wash Park, hiking the Flatirons or finding a sunny patio to hang out with friends.

Q&A With Amy…
Where do you LIVE?
I live in the Observatory Park area near the University of Denver. Not only does it offer a central location within the city, but it has the feeling of a relaxed family neighborhood as well. The park itself has a functioning observatory that was built in 1890 and has monthly viewing events. If you’ve never checked it out, it’s a fun, educational activity to do on a summer evening!
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
So true! I chose real estate because I truly love working with people, whether it means helping them find that perfect house that will become their home, or helping them through the process of selling their home. It is very personal, so it’s crucial to work with someone you can trust. The fun part of it for me is that I am continually learning, whether it is something about architecture, renovating, or just discovering a new neighborhood. But the most rewarding part is getting to know my clients and developing relationships that last for years!
What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
Hmmm, my playlists are all over the place. I love any music where the lyrics draw me in, but also anything with a great beat! You'll find everything from James Bay to John Mayer to old school R&B, and maybe even a couple of country songs..
What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
I am particularly fond of Urban Peak, which supports youth who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. After being a single parent for many years, I am a huge believer in supporting this type of organization.
Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
I'm always seeking out any new restaurant in Denver to try, but since I live close to South Pearl, my go to spots are Park Burger, Uno Mas, and of course, Sushi Den! If I’m in the mood for a rooftop and a margarita, you will usually find me at one of my favorite DU spots, The Pioneer.
